Myers Park Presbyterian Coaches please read below for answers to your commonly asked questions. 

1.     Child Youth Protection - The next CYP class will be offered on Wednesday, November 4th at 5:15pm in room A101 (located on the main campus, formerly where the old gym used to be). Please note: All coaches must have this class completed in order to eligible to coach. The class is good for 3 years.  *If you cannot make this class, you will need to contact us asap so that we can make other arrangements for you.

2.     Coaches meeting - The league wide coaches meeting will be held on Saturday, November 21st with time TBD.

3.     Rosters - will be sent to you via the website once we have finalized them. The rosters (with email access) are on the website. If you access the website under your login and go to the Team Central tab, you can find and access your team page (which should have your roster and messaging capabilities). Below are links to help with your team pages on the website. *If you have any other questions in regards to the website, we will be going over this information in depth at the league wide coaches meeting.

4.     Practice -  you are allowed to begin practice the week of November 1st. On your practice days, everything will be provided for you (i.e. basketballs, cones, pinnies, tape). Coaches, please be mindful for the teams that are practicing before and after you. (To help the staff out, please make sure that we get the basketballs back on the rack when your practice is done).

Games - will begin Saturday, December 5th. Jerseys will be given out to teams once they have arrived (more than likely you will received them during your practice time the week of the first games).
